Shipping and Handling:
Shipping is available according to the USPS postal charges.  Any order shipped out of state will not incur additional sales tax.  

Delivery is available if within the a 15 mile radius of Itsy Bitsy Boutique Headquarters in Creve Coeur, MO for an additional $7.  

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is not included in the purchase price of each item and will be added at the end of the sale. Sales tax for Missouri residents is currently 6.825%. Shipping out of state will not incur an additional sales tax.

Return Policy:
Any personalized item is made to order so it is not returnable! However, if you should have any problem with a finished product, we would be happy to try and fix it to the best of our ability. Payment is due upon order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please contact us for a rush order as we will try to accommodate any time frame if possible.
